Co-founder, graduate of Materials Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering at the West Pomeranian University of Technology. He has been involved in the mechanical and shipbuilding industries in Szczecin for over 10 years. He also has more than 5 years of experience in the offshore industry and the implementation of projects such as Race Bank Wind Farm, or Borkum Riffgrund 2 Offshore Wind Farm, deserve special attention. Maciej has, among others, certificates such as VT (1+2) according to EN ISO 9712 and the design of hydraulic drivers and control systems.
Co-founder, graduate of Materials Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering at the West Pomeranian University of Technology. From the beginning of his career, he has been involved in the railway industry, initially as a mechanical designer, then as a production project design manager, rising up to the position of Technical Sales Manager. Paweł managed, among others, a project under which a new type of hopper wagon was designed and tested, for which a production licence agreement was signed in Egypt.

Working with our clients, we are able to determine their design requirements, create both a conceptual and manufacturing design, provide comprehensive technical documentation and, in accordance with applicable national and EU standards, prepare the necessary documents required to legitimate product launch to the market.
